This skill is a disclosed code-review guidance rubric with broad activation phrases, but it contains no code execution, persistence, credential access, or hidden data handling.

Install this if you want the agent to be more skeptical of proposed additions during reviews, refactors, and planning. Be aware that the broad triggers and strong burden-of-proof framing may make the agent push back more often than desired in general engineering discussions.
