This is a Markdown-only ADR drafting skill whose instructions are coherent, user-guided, and scoped to producing architecture decision records.

Before installing, note that ADRs can contain confidential architecture, vendor, pricing, or security details; this skill appropriately tells the agent not to publish them externally and to treat sensitive inputs as confidential.
