Overview
This skill is a narrowly scoped admin workflow for drafting, sending, and recording ClawHub content-rights emails, with explicit dry-run and signoff controls.
Install only for agents operated by trusted ClawHub staff with normal admin CLI access. Treat sends as real external communications: verify the CHR case, recipient, subject, body, and provider message id before approving the final send and audit record.
