This skill is a disclosed Anima phone/SMS setup guide with expected external API use and no hidden code or persistence.

Install only if you intend to use Anima for agent phone/SMS/voice. Be aware it can create an external identity, handle API keys, and lead to a paid Starter plan before phone provisioning; keep keys in approved secret storage and review any SMS or voice use for consent, privacy, and compliance.
