Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is a disclosed plan-review workflow that reads a user-provided plan, checks it against code and relevant review guidance, writes a review file, and asks the user what to do next.

Before installing, be aware that this skill will read the plan file, inspect relevant code, load applicable review-skill guidance, and save a review Markdown file beside the plan. It should not execute the implementation plan automatically; it is intended to stop and ask for the user's next choice.
