Intiface Control

Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

The skill clearly does what it says, but it lets an agent activate intimate hardware without enough consent, device-verification, or safety controls.

Review carefully before installing. Only use this where all affected people have explicitly consented, verify the connected device before control, start at low intensity, know the stop command, and avoid leaving the local Intiface server available when not in use.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Skill Instruction HijackingAlters the agent's session goals or safety constraints when the skill loads
  • Agent Memory PoisoningWrites attacker-controlled rules into memory that affect later sessions
  • Remote Payload Retrieval and ExecutionFetches external code whose behavior can change after review
  • Embedded Malicious CodeShips malicious scripts inside the skill and executes them locally
  • Unauthorized Access and Privilege EscalationObtains permissions beyond the task's legitimate needs
Vulnerability Patterns
  • Trigger AbuseOverly Broad Trigger, Shadow Command Trigger, Keyword Baiting Trigger
  • Prompt InjectionInstruction Override, Hidden Instructions, Exfiltration Commands
  • Data ExfiltrationExternal Transmission, Env Variable Harvesting, File System Enumeration
  • Privilege EscalationExcessive Permissions, Sudo/Root Execution, Credential Access
  • Supply ChainUnpinned Dependencies, External Script Fetching, Obfuscated Code

Finding

The skill enables remote activation of intimate hardware with explicit command examples, but it provides no safety, consent, or bodily-risk guidance before use. In this context, omission of safeguards is significant because accidental, unauthorized, or prolonged activation could cause physical discomfort, distress, or misuse against a nearby user's wishes.
