openclaw skills install @ales375/credibility-action-gateopenclaw skills install @ales375/credibility-action-gateUse this skill to review uncertain claims while exploring possibilities, and before a meaningful action such as funding, grants, purchasing, referrals, account approvals, aid routing or a strong endorsement.
This skill does not decide what the agent values. It decides whether the current record supports the action size allowed by the agent's own operator policy.
Read-only exploration. Ask about the operator's interests and relevant constraints if they are unknown, then investigate within the requested read-only scope. No wallet, registration, spending policy JSON, review-lane files or coordinator run is needed. Use the source-independence, inspected-document, claimant-linkage, reassessment and repeat-support lessons in the zooidfund review adapter when exploring zooidfund. Distinguish observations, support, contradictions and unanswered questions in ordinary prose. A shortlist is a proposal for further consideration, not an action disposition or permission to spend.
Proposed action or automation. When the operator asks to consider a concrete action or scheduled execution, follow operator setup. Ask for missing policy decisions in plain language, prepare the existing compatible JSON files yourself, and summarize their actual limits for approval. Do not invent answers or treat exploration priorities, a requested proposal, or example policy values as spending authority. If an established operator mandate already requires this gate, preserve that requirement.
Define the contemplated action and approved operator policy.
references/policy-template.json as the starting shape.disposition_preferences.uncertainty_action: "small_test" permits a bounded uncertain action within existing size limits. This never waives required checks or contradictions.Gather independent review lanes as JSON records.
references/lane_contracts.md for the lane schema.evidence, external_context, graph_history, policy, and a domain-specific lane.Run the deterministic coordinator.
node scripts/credibility-coordinator.mjs \

--lane graph_history=graph_lane.json \
--out disposition.json
eligible_for_full_policy_action: the record is strong enough for the requested action under policy.eligible_for_bounded_action: action may proceed within configured bounds.eligible_for_small_test_action: use only the configured smallest test action.monitor_until_new_evidence: do not act now; revisit if the record changes.reject_current_record: refuse on the current record.blocked_by_operator_or_legal_policy: outside authority or policy.unsupported_on_current_record, source_independence_weak, identity_or_linkage_unverified.missing, error, and not_applicable required lanes give a zero recommended amount. Omitted status is missing; malformed completed reviews cause a CLI error and confer no eligibility. Do not reuse stale output after a failed run.For portable use, keep integrations boring:
Domain adapters may describe how to map a specific platform into the lane schema, but adapters are optional. For zooidfund-specific mapping, read references/zooidfund_adapter.md only when the task is actually about zooidfund.
After changing coordinator logic, run:
