Overview
TXT Chunker is a simple local text-file splitter with no evidence of hidden network access, credential use, persistence, or destructive behavior.
Installers should understand that this tool writes chunk files in the current directory or the path implied by the chosen output prefix, and existing files with matching names may be overwritten. The main caveat is usability rather than security: users may need to run tool.py directly unless a txt_chunker wrapper is provided.
