Overview

The skill has a coherent image cutout purpose, but it tells agents to run an unbundled Python script from a hardcoded Windows user path and allows automatic dependency installation.

Review before installing. Only use this skill if the cutout script is bundled from a trusted source, referenced relative to the installed skill, and dependencies are pinned or installed through an explicit reviewed setup process.
