Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is a consent-recording helper that keeps contact consent and suppression records scoped to pseudonymous subscriber IDs.

Install only in an environment where the referenced consent registry runtime, schema, and host-capability controls are actually present. Users should provide pseudonymous subject IDs and proof references, not raw email addresses, phone numbers, or names.
