Overview
This skill appears benign: it runs a local neural-spike simulation and decoder without requesting network, credential, persistence, or privileged access.
Before installing, note that the script depends on numpy and is a simple local simulation rather than a real Neuralink or medical BCI integration. It is appropriate to run in a normal local environment if you are comfortable with that dependency.
