Title Claim Checker - 证据声明匹配检查

Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This is a simple academic-title review skill with no code execution, persistence, credential access, or hidden data handling.

Install this if you are comfortable with a Chinese-language workflow for checking academic title claim strength. It does not appear to request sensitive permissions or perform actions beyond guiding the assistant's review output.

Finding

This markdown skill file contains user-facing operational text entirely in Chinese, including the description, trigger phrases, and output instructions. Under the language/locale policy, forcing a specific language without user opt-in is a natural-language policy concern unless the locale restriction is explicitly justified.
