Overview

This is an instruction-only agency operations playbook with some sensitive business-data workflows, but no hidden code, installer behavior, persistence, or exfiltration instructions.

Install is reasonable for an agency operations assistant, but only connect it to the CRM, finance, email, and project data the agent actually needs. Confirm before sending outreach, invoice follow-ups, or client-facing updates. Do not paste raw client passwords into the agent; use role-based invites, OAuth, temporary tokens, or a password vault, and revoke access when offboarding clients.
