This skill is instruction-only and appears coherent for designing and running a Voice of Customer program. It does not request credentials or install code, which reduces technical risk. Before using it with real data, consider: (1) Do not paste sensitive customer PII into public chats or the agent without appropriate data handling controls; (2) when you connect third-party services (Intercom, Zendesk, Canny, ProductBoard, etc.), supply only the minimal, scoped API tokens required and follow your org's secrets handling policies; (3) the README links to external paid context packs — review any external sites before purchasing; (4) if you plan to let an agent act autonomously with this skill, ensure you understand what actions the agent will perform (e.g., posting to your product board or sending surveys) and restrict those abilities if needed.
