Security audit

Cve Tracker

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is a coherent CVE monitoring guide, with only minor handling concerns around sensitive tech stack inventory files.

Install only on an authorized ARGUS/Linux environment. Treat the tech-stack inventory and generated reports as sensitive asset data: store them outside shared /tmp when possible, restrict permissions, protect any API keys, and remove old reports or digests when no longer needed.

Finding
The skill instructs users to create a technology inventory file under /tmp containing detailed product and version data, which is sensitive environmental information. It also does so without an explicit warning about persistence, permissions, or cleanup; on multi-user systems or compromised hosts, this data can aid attackers in targeting known-vulnerable components.
