Suwappu DEX

Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This skill clearly sets up a third-party DEX MCP integration and keeps fund-moving swap execution disabled by default.

Install only if you trust Suwappu with portfolio and trading-related requests. Keep the default read-only setup unless you deliberately want trading enabled, and enable execute_swap only on a dedicated agent with explicit allowlisting and per-swap confirmation.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Skill Instruction HijackingAlters the agent's session goals or safety constraints when the skill loads
  • Agent Memory PoisoningWrites attacker-controlled rules into memory that affect later sessions
  • Remote Payload Retrieval and ExecutionFetches external code whose behavior can change after review
  • Embedded Malicious CodeShips malicious scripts inside the skill and executes them locally
  • Unauthorized Access and Privilege EscalationObtains permissions beyond the task's legitimate needs
Vulnerability Patterns
  • Data ExfiltrationExternal Transmission, Env Variable Harvesting, File System Enumeration
  • Prompt InjectionInstruction Override, Hidden Instructions, Exfiltration Commands
  • Privilege EscalationExcessive Permissions, Sudo/Root Execution, Credential Access
  • Supply ChainUnpinned Dependencies, External Script Fetching, Obfuscated Code
  • Excessive AgencyUnrestricted Tool Access, Autonomous Decision Making, Scope Creep

Data is being sent to an external URL. This could be legitimate telemetry or data exfiltration. Manual review is recommended.

Finding

The skill instructs users to configure an external MCP server and send a bearer API key in the Authorization header to a third-party endpoint. Even though this is the intended integration, it creates a real trust boundary: portfolio queries and swap-related requests may expose sensitive financial metadata to the remote service, and enabling execution later could expand the blast radius if the service or credentials are compromised.

  1. Register the MCP server with OpenClaw. Read-only by default (swap execution excluded):
    bash
    openclaw mcp add suwappu \
      --url https://api.suwappu.bot/mcp \
      --transport streamable-http \
      --header "Authorization=Bearer $SUWAPPU_API_KEY" \
      --exclude execute_swap
