Overview
This skill does what it says: it fetches public Tübingen weather data, creates a local forecast image, and only schedules automated sending if the user explicitly sets up the example cron job.
Install this if you are comfortable with a Python script fetching public forecast data from Open-Meteo and saving a PNG locally. Only add the cron/Telegram example if you want the forecast generated and sent every day, and remove that schedule when you no longer want automated messages.
