The cooking guidance content is normal, but the skill asks for file editing and shell command authority that its recipe purpose does not explain.
Review before installing unless you are comfortable letting a recipe skill have file-modification and shell-command permissions. A safer version would limit tools to reading its bundled reference files, or clearly document why any write or command capability is needed and require explicit user direction before using it.
