Overview
This skill appears to be a normal molecular rendering tool with disclosed local rendering, dependency installation, and optional public PDB downloads.
Install dependencies from trusted sources, preferably in a virtual environment or container. Be aware that entering a 4-character PDB ID downloads the structure from RCSB and caches it in the system temp directory; use local PDB files if the structure should remain private.
