Overview
This skill sets up a local self-critique workflow for an AI agent and does not show hidden network access, credential use, or destructive behavior.
Before installing, review setup.sh and run it against a fresh or backed-up arena directory because rerunning it can overwrite the arena state and prompt files. Add the HEARTBEAT.md snippet only if you want recurring self-critique iterations, and adjust the snippet path if you install somewhere other than the default directory.
