This skill is a straightforward public-holiday helper with disclosed Python package installation and user-directed optional custom JSON file loading.
Install this only if you want Python-based public holiday lookups. Prefer a virtual environment and a pinned holidays package version, and only provide a custom holiday JSON path when you intentionally want the agent to read that file.
