Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is a transparent wrapper for a summarization CLI, with expected external AI/provider use and no evidence of hidden or destructive behavior.

Install only if you trust the Homebrew package source and the model or extraction providers you configure. Avoid using it on confidential files, private URLs, regulated data, or sensitive media unless those providers' data-handling terms are acceptable, and prefer limited-scope API keys where possible.

Finding
The skill explicitly supports summarizing URLs, local files, and YouTube content using third-party model providers and optional fallback services, but it does not warn users that submitted content may be transmitted off-host. This creates a real data exposure risk because users may provide sensitive local documents or confidential URLs without understanding that their contents could be sent to external APIs such as Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Firecrawl, or Apify.
