This skill is a straightforward PubMed/PMC PDF downloader, with one filename-safety caveat but no evidence of hidden or malicious behavior.
Install only in a Python environment you trust, especially if requests must be installed. Use the default downloads folder or a dedicated output directory, and avoid absolute paths or ../ in --filename to prevent overwriting files outside that folder. Article identifiers may be sent to NCBI and Europe PMC during lookup and download.
