This is a straightforward webpage monitoring skill, with expected network fetching and local change history storage.
Safe to install for simple public webpage monitoring. Review any separately obtained scheduler or alert script before running it, and clear ~/.web_monitor/hashes.json if you no longer want monitored page contents stored locally.
