Overview
This skill is a coherent local maintenance tool, but users should notice that it reads skill and memory files, can modify/delete them only after confirmation, and may auto-install PyYAML if missing.
Install only if you are comfortable with a local maintenance skill reading your configured skill and memory directories. Before approving any proposed edits or deletions, review the exact file list and proposed memory text; consider backing up important files. Be aware that the skill may attempt to install PyYAML into the managed Python environment if it is not already available.
