This skill is a narrow local health check for a bead daemon and contains only documentation/metadata, with no bundled code, install script, persistence, credentials, or network behavior.
Reasonable to install if you use the beads system. Before relying on it, confirm that the local `bd` and `ping-beads` commands are the trusted ones you expect, because this skill does not install them itself.
