Overview
This skill is a straightforward read-only Yahoo Finance data helper with no evidence of hidden access, persistence, or destructive behavior.
Use this in a normal Python environment or virtual environment, and consider pinning yfinance and pandas versions for reproducibility. The skill sends ticker/search requests to Yahoo Finance via yfinance and returns external market data that may be delayed, rate-limited, or incomplete, so it should not be the sole basis for financial decisions.
