This is a local PDF utility skill with expected file reads, user-chosen output writes, and optional arXiv downloads, with no evidence of hidden access or persistence.
Install only if you are comfortable running local PDF/OCR scripts and adding their dependencies. Prefer a virtual environment, and use a dedicated output folder for downloads or generated OCR/rendered files to avoid accidental overwrites.
