Overview
This instruction-only skill is coherent and benign: it turns user-provided material into a Chinese “sprout note” report and saves it as a local Markdown file.
This skill appears safe to install for its intended purpose. Before using it, confirm where the output file will be written and only submit material that you are comfortable having processed by the model and saved as a local generated note.
