This is a disclosed local Windows OCR skill, but it can download and install OCR tooling and large model files on first use.
Install this if you are comfortable with a Windows-only OCR skill that may run PowerShell commands, download third-party binaries and model files, and install Python tooling if missing. Use a dedicated OCR directory, review download sources before first use, and avoid processing highly sensitive images unless local model/runtime installation is acceptable.
