This is a straightforward local PDF compression skill with no evidence of hidden data access, persistence, credential use, or network behavior.
Install only from trusted package sources and use it on PDFs you intentionally provide. The skill will read the chosen PDF and create a compressed copy next to it; avoid using it on highly sensitive PDFs unless you are comfortable with the local Python dependency chain.
