This skill is a disclosed restart-follow-up protocol that helps an OpenClaw agent report back after a gateway restart.
Install only if you want agents to handle OpenClaw gateway restarts from user-facing channels. Operators should ensure restart, cron/task, and notification permissions are limited to trusted agents and that resume callbacks store only routing metadata, not tokens, messages, env files, or secrets.
