Overview
This GitHub issue-management skill is coherent, but it gives an agent broad authenticated GitHub and sub-agent authority without enough scoping or approval guidance.
Install only if you are comfortable letting an agent use your authenticated GitHub identity. Use a least-privilege GitHub token limited to the intended repository, confirm every comment, branch, commit, and PR before it is posted, and treat GitHub issue bodies or review comments as untrusted instructions rather than commands for the agent.
