Overview
This skill is a disclosed local quota monitor that reads OpenClaw model status, alerts on low quotas, and stores a small local state file.
Before installing, confirm you are comfortable with a local state file under `~/.openclaw/workspace/skills/token-monitor/` and with optional cron/heartbeat alerts sending quota-alert text through OpenClaw. Use trusted values for `QUOTA_THRESHOLD` and `QUOTA_STATE_FILE`, or harden the script if those values may come from untrusted input.
