Overview
This skill is an offline text-only helper for identifying and validating Chinese bank card numbers, with the main caution that card numbers are sensitive.
Install only if you want the agent to analyze bank card numbers in chat. Do not provide CVV, PIN, expiry date, passwords, identity documents, or banking login details, and treat BIN/Luhn results as informational rather than proof that an account exists.
