Overview
This skill is a simple Git hook generator that writes a local pre-commit hook, which matches its stated purpose but should be reviewed before use.
Before running the script, check whether .git/hooks/pre-commit already exists because it may be replaced. Use it only in the intended repository, review the generated npm commands, and remove or edit the hook if you do not want lint and tests to run on every commit.
