This is an instruction-only Jira helper that uses existing Jira tools for clearly disclosed ticket workflows with explicit safety checks before changes.
Install only if you are comfortable letting an agent use your authenticated Jira CLI or Atlassian MCP account. Review commands or tool calls before approving Jira changes, keep Jira credentials least-privileged, and avoid copying secrets, private code, security findings, customer data, or internal URLs into broadly visible tickets.
