This skill is a coherent local version-tracking helper for skill bundles, with no evidence of hidden access, exfiltration, or unsafe automation.
Install this if you want provenance tracking for skill bundles. Before running the optional shell scripts, check that MANIFEST.yaml lists only files you intend to package or validate, and review generated MANIFEST.yaml, CHANGELOG.md, and handoff notes so private or stale information is not carried into a shared bundle.
