This appears safe to install as an instruction-only retrospective helper. Before using it, understand that it may create or update visible lesson files under workspace/ops/retrospective-agent/; review those entries before letting them become durable rules, and do not let it record secrets, sensitive personal information, or broad preferences inferred from silence.
