This skill is a straightforward RSS briefing tool that fetches feed URLs from an OPML list and creates a Chinese summary.
Install only if you are comfortable with the skill making outbound requests to the OPML URL and each feed it contains. Prefer trusted OPML sources, lower max-feeds for unfamiliar lists, and provide --output only for a file path where you intend the brief to be written.
