Overview
The skill's requirements and runtime instructions are coherent with an Alibaba Cloud PTS management tool: it uses the Aliyun CLI and PTS permissions and does not request unrelated credentials or install arbitrary code.
This skill appears to do what it says: it drives the Aliyun CLI to create and manage PTS/JMeter scenarios.
