Overview
This is a clearly disclosed SciMiner protein-design skill that uses a user-provided API key and uploads user-selected scientific inputs to run remote design jobs.
Install this only if you trust SciMiner with your API key usage and the protein, ligand, target-structure, or research files you provide. Keep the API key in the declared credential file, do not commit it to repositories, and avoid uploading sensitive unpublished data unless SciMiner is acceptable for that use.
