Overview
This skill is a small determinability-checking API that analyzes user-provided records and does not show hidden data access, persistence, or destructive behavior.
Install in a normal isolated Python environment. If you run the FastAPI service, bind it only where you intend to accept requests. For sensitive workflows, use the proceed/not-proceed result as advisory evidence rather than automatic approval for high-impact actions.
