Real Memory Continuity
PassAudited by ClawScan on May 10, 2026.
Overview
This is a coherent local memory/reflection skill, but it persists conversation-derived memories and can be wired into a heartbeat, so users should review what it stores.
Install only if you want local cross-session memory. Check what is written under the memory directory, be careful about feeding sensitive transcripts into reflection, and enable the heartbeat trigger only if you are comfortable with automatic post-session memory updates.
Findings (3)
Artifact-based informational review of SKILL.md, metadata, install specs, static scan signals, and capability signals. ClawScan does not execute the skill or run runtime probes.
The agent may retain inferred personal or relationship context and surface it later, which can be useful but may also preserve sensitive or incorrect memories.
The skill is explicitly designed to store conversation-derived identity, relationship, question, and reflection data for reuse across future sessions.
memory/ ... identity.md ... questions.md ... relationships/ ... reflections/; `relationship` ... Long-term; `moment` ... Permanent
Review the memory directory regularly, avoid reflecting on transcripts you do not want persisted, and set clear retention/deletion practices.
If enabled in HEARTBEAT.md, the skill may update local memory after sessions without asking again each time.
The skill recommends wiring reflection into a heartbeat so it can run after conversations and update persistent memory.
**Trigger**: Heartbeat after conversation idle > 30 minutes **Action**: Run continuity reflect **Output**: Updated memories + questions for next session
Only add the heartbeat trigger if you want automatic post-session reflection; periodically inspect or disable it if the behavior is not desired.
Users have less provenance information for deciding whether to trust the skill, but the provided artifacts do not show suspicious install behavior.
The artifact has limited upstream provenance and no install recipe to compare against, though it also shows no external installer or dependency downloads.
Source: unknown; Homepage: none; No install spec — this is an instruction-only skill.
Inspect the included files before use, especially the installed script, and prefer trusted publishers or reproducible sources for sensitive memory tooling.
