Note: the SKILL.md includes curl calls to http://127.0.0.1:23119 — the Zotero local API — so those commands will access your local Zotero library if the Zotero/local connector is running. Only install/use the skill if you are comfortable allowing the agent to read your Zotero items/PDFs, and review any outputs before sharing them externally. If you do not run Zotero locally or prefer not to allow local access, you can still use the templates manually without the Zotero integration.
