This is an offline code-audit skill that reads persistence-layer files and schema to report database access anti-patterns.
Install only if you are comfortable letting the agent read the relevant repository files, schema, and ORM/database configuration. The skill does not require production credentials, write access, or network access; use a sanitized or limited code snapshot if the project contains secrets.
