Overview
This appears to be a coherent StablePay wallet/payment plugin, but it can sign wallet transactions and make payments if configured, so treat it like a real payment tool.
Install only if you intend to use StablePay wallet/payment flows. Use a trusted local StablePay gateway or HTTPS endpoint, verify your OWS CLI/REST configuration, keep passphrases and API keys private, set conservative payment limits, and confirm seller DID/price before allowing payments.
