Overview
Akounter’s visible metadata and instructions are broadly consistent with a local personal ledger that stores data in SQLite and optionally sends receipt images to a GLM-OCR endpoint.
This appears coherent for a local accounting/OCR plugin. Before installing, understand that it will store financial records locally and may retain raw OCR text/JSON for auditability. If you configure a non-local OCR endpoint or use a hosted GLM provider, receipt images and extracted receipt data may leave your machine. Also note that following the manual `pnpm install` step installs npm dependencies even though the registry has no automatic install spec.
