This looks internally coherent for a Coven developer toolkit. Before using it, be aware that its scripts can run local development commands, start and stop a Coven daemon, inspect git state, run Rust and Node test gates, and run pnpm install inside the target repository. Those actions fit the stated purpose, but you should only run them in a Coven repo or disposable workspace you trust.
