This looks like a real voice-call plugin, but it gives the agent high-impact phone-call and telephony-account authority without clearly documented confirmation or recipient limits.

Install only if you intentionally want OpenClaw to control a telephony provider account. Before enabling it, use dedicated/limited provider credentials, require confirmation for outbound calls, restrict destination numbers, keep webhook verification on, and choose `per-call` sessions when caller privacy matters.
